Our policy is valid 45 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a customer refund or exchange after this time but contact us and we'll do our best.
Prepared Hero wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange unused or damaged products up to 45 days from the date that you received an order for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, according to the following terms. You may also return your product for store credit or a different product, at your request.
To obtain a refund or exchange, you must return any damaged or unused portion of your order, your return or exchange must be approved, and the return or exchange must be received within 45 days of the date your order was placed. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to any error by Prepared Hero is not subject to this refund policy. Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any amount refunded. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping the products to you.

To initiate a refund, email us at order-notify@preparedhero.com or call 1 888 457 2672 (Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST). You may also initiate a return by replying to your order confirmation email. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return the order for a full refund of the product price, less shipping and handling costs.
